Born in the Midwest, Shelly's family roots stem back over 50 years in Palm Beach. Having lived in one of the most iconic houses on the island, “Southways”, has given her a true perspective of the lifestyle, local knowledge, and different personalities of each section of the island, as well as the surrounding communities. She has seen how Palm Beach has grown from a winter playground to a year-round town with prized addresses.

Meet Shelly

Shelly offers innovative sales and negotiating skills, from a strong business background beginning with Xerox Corporation, followed by a long career in commercial and residential interior design, sales, and project management. Her projects ranged from a modest apartment to multimillion dollar residences and single executive offices to entire company divisions.

Building on and off waterfront property, along with her many years of travel and boating along the Florida waterways and up the east coast to destinations such as Newport, Nantucket, and Maine, has broadened Shelly's understanding of seaside architecture.

She applies her design knowledge and expertise, assisting buyers with every aspect of their home purchase, from visualization of interior space through a fully turnkey purchase. She is also adept at providing staging and implementation to those who need additional assistance preparing their home for sale.

Shelly feels a sense of pride and accomplishment when achieving the goals set forth by each client. Her mission is to treat your needs with the utmost importance and timeliness, making buying or selling a pleasant experience. She is eager to offer her professional services and in- depth knowledge of the market to assist in turning your vision into a reality.

Meet Natalie

Joining Palm Beach top producing agent Shelly Newman, Natalie comes to William Raveis South Florida after many years in the art advisory and appraisal business. Utilizing her background in high-net-worth client relations and business development, Natalie specializes in residential luxury real estate with a focus on estate settlement and property investment.

Natalie is passionate about building relationships with her clients and achieving a seamless and successful transaction.

Growing up in Minnesota and Florida, Natalie earned her BA from Georgetown University and then traveled to London where she obtained her MA in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute. After her studies, she relocated to New York where she managed global marketing and social media for CIRCA.

For the past five years, Natalie founded and has managed Gurr Johns’ Southeast office in Palm Beach, providing fine art advisory services to collectors and investors. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys yoga, tennis, watching sports, and is an avid wine enthusiast.
